Title: Data Analyst

Location: the Rubicon Project HQ in West Los Angeles


Responsibilities:

• Understand our revenue and traffic optimization process and create reports to analyze ad performance.
• Identify and understand key business drivers and implement tools and reports for improving efficiency and operational excellence.
• Create ad-hoc reports as needed for management review, company presentations, etc.
• Analyze data quality and ensure that externally generated data is uploaded correctly into internal systems.

Requirements:

• Candidate should be able to communicate fluently with business users, technical people and management across the organization.
• Possess superb quantitative and analytic skills with the ability to apply these talents rapidly and efficiently.
• Ability to create and use SQL statements to retrieve database data – knowledge of Oracle or MySQL DBMS is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – in particular Excel and Access.
• Bachelors Degree.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
