The Stats Coordinator will specialize in the stats retrieval process, troubleshoot stat issues, and communicate issues related to stats to the rest of the company. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about online advertising and to grow.
Responsibilities:- Manage and fix stats for daily Meetings
- Manage and triage stats team “cases” with other areas of the company, particularly the Publisher Team
- Manage customer requests regarding stats
- Understand our revenue and traffic optimization results on a technical and business level to ensure the accuracy of stats
- Communicate effectively with technical people and management across the organization.
- Ensure that the Stats for top strategic publishers are properly maintained.”
- Help ensure the overall daily retrieval of stats early in the day, everyday
- Lead a team of data entry people two weekends out of a month
- Excellent communication and listening skills- You have to be the primary contact for a lot of different people with their own objectives in mind. It is imperative to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Must be great with numbers and have solid internet navigation skills
- Strong analytical skills required
- Must be someone who can take a problem, identify the right project to solve it, and then see it through to a successful completion
- Outstanding computer skills including a strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Some understanding of the online advertising industry- preferred
- Experience working with customer services or a sales team is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree ; 1 year of prior work experience, preferred, not required
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle stress well in a fast pace environment that rapidly changes
- Ability to foresee and deal with developing issues before they become an actual problem
