Title: Publisher Operations Coordinator/Analyst

Location: the Rubicon Project HQ in West Los Angeles

The Publisher operations coordinator will be the hub of the publisher team. The coordinator will be the person responsible for keeping the team’s engine running on all cylinders. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce operations for Publisher team
• Manage weekly pipeline reporting
• Manage and triage publisher team "cases" with other areas of the company

Qualifications:

• Some experience with a CRM and pipeline reporting
• Some experience in the advertising/online advertising industry
• Some experience on a sales team or supporting a sales team

Skills/Personal Characteristics:

• Must be a team player and someone who can work with lots of different people
• Needs to be able to easily prioritize projects without much supervision
