Jay was born and raised in sunny southern California.  Being born into a family with a long financial business background, he entered Cal State Fullerton majoring in Business Accounting.  After providing bookkeeping services for a couple small businesses, he found himself at the Rubicon Project with an opportunity to be a part of something big.  He is now a part of the Rubicon Finance team.
