Fabien grew up in super-sunny Marseille with his two brothers and sister, facing the Mediterranean sea. Each summer, when the sun is back, he wishes he had never moved from there. Fabien left his hometown to earn a degree in Marketing from the Bordeaux Business School. Just after graduating, Fabien moved to the exciting London lifestyle where he took his first job at Advertising.com. He spent close to 5 years at Ad.com between London & Paris managing the French Publisher Services team, as Network Director, France. Fabien left Ad.com 2 years after the AOL acquisition and settled down in Paris by joining Tradedoubler, as Head of Publisher Services. Surprisingly, after a year, Fabien started missing the unpredictable weather of the UK’s largest city and moved back to the country of fish & chips to participate to the challenge of launching the DRIVEpm Ad Network across 6 European Markets, as Head of Operations for the EMEA region. Following the DRIVEpm acquisition by Microsoft, Fabien remained for 2 years with Microsoft Media Network as Regional Business Manager before joining The Rubicon Project to launch French operations.
Loves: traveling in exotic and sunny places, listening to cheesy music, socializing with friends, watching football and supporting Marseille, occasionally practicing football, tennis, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and wasting time on the internet.

Favorite quote: "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body...but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand - martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOOHOO - what a ride!’" -Unknown
